Scope and customers

These terms describe enquiries and separately agreed sales by Stuff4you OÜ to private and business customers. Mandatory consumer protections take precedence over conflicting wording. Business purchases have the terms agreed in the written offer; statutory consumer withdrawal rights do not automatically apply to business purchasers.

Enquiry and contract

Adding products or preparing a message is a non-binding enquiry. It does not reserve stock, conclude a contract or create an obligation to pay. Before a purchase, we provide a written offer identifying the exact goods, quantities, supplier or manufacturer information where required, total payable price, delivery arrangements, payment terms and applicable consumer information. A sale is concluded only through the separate written acceptance process stated in that offer. Confirmation and agreed terms are supplied by email or another durable medium.

Prices and product information

Prices are stated in EUR for the shown products and include applicable taxes. Delivery is calculated separately and confirmed before purchase. The written offer states the product total, delivery charge, any other unavoidable costs and the complete amount payable before you agree to buy. Illustrative measurements, finishes and images must be checked against that offer; they do not replace the final specification.

Availability and changes

Availability is checked for each enquiry. If an agreed item cannot be supplied, we contact you about an alternative or the appropriate refund; a materially different item is not substituted without your agreement. Destination and timing

Tell us the delivery country and requested quantity. We confirm whether the order can be supplied, the carrier or delivery method, charges and the expected date before concluding a sale. Estonia and EU destinations can be discussed; other destinations depend on feasibility. No fixed dispatch promise or free delivery is implied by the catalogue. Unless a different period is agreed, consumer goods are delivered within the applicable statutory period, normally no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

Charges and payment

Delivery and any unavoidable additional charges are stated separately in the offer and included in the total payable. For destinations outside the EU, any import charges and responsibility for them are explained before agreement. Payment method, beneficiary details, due date and any advance payment are specified in the written offer or invoice. The website does not collect card data or request a payment on its own.

Receipt and delivery issues

Please check a parcel for visible damage when practical and tell us promptly if goods are missing, damaged or late. Photos can help us resolve the issue, but a failure to photograph the parcel or inspect it immediately does not remove statutory rights. Consumer transport risk generally passes when you or your designated recipient physically receives the goods, subject to the applicable legal exceptions.

Collections and return routing

Collection is possible only when expressly agreed. Before posting a return, ask us to confirm the appropriate return address; the registered office may not be the fulfilment location. Contacting us for routing does not make a valid withdrawal conditional on approval.

Consumer withdrawal

For an eligible consumer distance purchase, notify us of withdrawal within 14 days after you or your designated recipient receives the goods. For goods delivered separately under one order, the relevant statutory starting point applies. No reason is required. Send a clear statement to stuff4youestonia@atomicmail.io or to Stuff4you OÜ, Kadaka tee 7, 12915 Tallinn, Estonia. You may use the withdrawal notice helper on this page, but any unambiguous notice is accepted. The helper prepares text; you must send it by email or post.

Returning and refunding goods

Return the goods within 14 days after giving notice. For ordinary change-of-mind withdrawal, the consumer bears the direct return cost if this was disclosed before purchase. We refund the price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered, normally within 14 days after notice. We may withhold the refund until the goods or evidence of return is received, where the law permits. Refunds use the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed without extra cost.

Handling and exceptions

You may examine goods as you would in a shop. A reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning may be charged where lawful. Original packaging is helpful but is not an absolute condition for statutory withdrawal. Exceptions, such as genuinely made-to-specification goods, apply only where the law permits and are explained before purchase. We do not treat every opened product as non-returnable.

Goods that do not conform

Statutory consumer rights for non-conforming goods remain separate from change-of-mind returns. Consumer goods normally carry at least two years of seller liability for non-conformity. Contact us promptly with your order reference, the defect and the solution sought. Repair or replacement, and where legally justified a price reduction or termination, are available under the applicable rules. Necessary costs of a justified defect remedy are not shifted to the consumer. No additional commercial warranty is promised unless stated in writing.

Complaints and independent help

Write to stuff4youestonia@atomicmail.io. We answer a written consumer complaint within 15 days; if resolution takes longer, we explain the reason and the next step. If no agreement is reached, an eligible consumer may contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee or a competent court. For a cross-border EU consumer dispute, contact the European Consumer Centre in your country of residence. Business disputes follow the agreed contract and applicable law.

What the website does

Form fields and message previews are processed locally in your browser. They are not automatically posted to a server. When you choose to send a message using your own email app, your email provider and our mailbox provider process it. We then receive the name, email address, customer type, company if supplied, country, selection and message that you choose to send. Do not include card details, identity documents or sensitive personal data in an enquiry.

Purposes and legal bases

We use enquiry data to answer questions and prepare an offer, on the basis of steps requested before a contract or our legitimate interest in responding to general business correspondence. An accepted sale is processed to perform the contract. Accounting and legally required records are kept to comply with legal obligations. Handling complaints and protecting legal claims can be based on a legal obligation or legitimate interest. Optional language storage is used only when you choose it. No automated decision-making or profiling is used.

Providers and recipients

The intended website host is Netlify. Hosting may involve technical connection information such as IP address, request time and security logs. Our contact mailbox is supplied through Atomic Mail. Data may also be shared with a delivery provider, payment provider, accountant or authority when needed for an agreed transaction or a legal obligation. We do not sell enquiry data. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, applicable transfer safeguards must be used, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards.

Retention and security

Ordinary enquiries are normally retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a transaction, dispute or legal requirement justifies longer retention. Contract and accounting records are retained for the required statutory periods. Local selections last for the browser-tab session; preference choices and optional language settings last up to six months. Access to customer correspondence is limited to people who need it for the stated purpose. No website can promise absolute security.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, object where applicable and request portability where its conditions are met. You may withdraw consent for optional storage at any time through Privacy preferences. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Contact us to exercise rights; we normally respond within one month, with lawful extensions explained if needed.
